[chapter 52]
	Hi, it's Watsuki, it's been a long time. This chapter 52 was quite troublesome. I had
to go to Aomori thanks to J.S.A.T., but I couldn't get a spare time, so in the end I went there
carrying along the originals of this chapter... As a consequence, I didn't have much time to
work on this chapter, and it has gotten quite difficult to understand since I put much of 
my points of view about the Shinsengumi. It looks like I have indeed to spend time working
in order to draw a manga. And I was thinking about a schedule management in order to avoid
things like that...In the Bon Festival of this year, I took the originals to the countryside
to sketch them *sigh*. But I drew this chapter 52 in Spring, I'm writing this in Summer and
this volume will be available in Fall... no wonder manga artists lose the concept of season...

	About the replies to the fan letters, they stopped again. I'm so sorry... There were
many things that took all my time, like the front cover in color, the researches for the Kyoto
Arc (Ruroken is a manga that takes a lot of research, but these days it's reaching its limit)
and on top of that I had to move out. Nevertheless, in a lucky week I get to rest for half a
day, but if I use that time to answer the letters, my body will break down and I personally 
want a spare time for me. I'm sorry, but please wait a little bit more.
	Well, as I said above, I moved out. I decided that because there was little room left
in the workplace, given the amount of research materials, fan letters and new assistants
employed in order to ease the things a little bit. The workplace is now large and there's a good
sight from it, but it was built some 20 years ago... so I have to get the fire extinguishers and
such stuff ready in case of an earthquake.

	And at last, a light-hearted talk about games. I've finally bought the Playstation. 
And I've bought also the Sega Saturn (thanks to N-san and his fellows. Please come and 
play them with us). But I've barely touched them. They're now game machines only for my 
assistants...
	I have no time (oh no, where has light-heartedness gone?)! But I've got to play 
Vampire Hunter and Virtua Fighter 2! And I'll master the Shin Samurai Spirits (legends tell
I haven't mastered it yet). I'll play them trying to avoid any problems in the "Ruroken". 
So let's meet again in the next volume.
